In case of combined shipments Usiminas Ipatinga (Praia Mole) plus
Usiminas Cubatao (Piacaguera) or with other Brazilian Steel Mills,
cargoes for each mill to be loaded on separated holds.
5. Loading Rate: 35,000 MT PWWD SSINC HEX.
6. Discharging Rate: 15,000 MT PWWD SHINC.
7. Discharging Ports: Praia Mole, Vitoria, Brazil and Piacaguera, Brazil.
Arrival draft at Piacaguera port of 9.80mts BW considering 1.1m of tide.
8. Turn-time:
- 12 hours after NOR is accepted at loading port and Piacaguera,
provided the vessel is in all respects ready to load/discharge and
after vessel is anchored at the closest point of customary anchorage
at each port.
- 24 hours after NOR is accepted at Praia Mole, provided the vessel is
in all respects ready to discharge and upon vessel is anchored at the
closest point of customary anchorage at each port.
9. Freight rate must be presented without bunker adjustment clause.
10. Owners to ascertain port restrictions bends. Owners to comply with
port/terminal characteristics, rules, regulations, restrictions,
accessibility and applicable laws at loading and discharging ports,
being liable for any event precluding or jeopardizing the
loading/discharging operation. Charterers' acceptance of nomination of
performing(s) vessel does not relieve Owners from the aforementioned
responsibility.
Additional considerations:
- Offers must be presented stating a daily demurrage rate.
- Laytime between loading and discharging port(s) to be reversible.
- Owners full style as stated on CP, must be the same of beneficiary
of freight payment.
- Offers from companies registered in tax haven countries will not be
considered. Please, inform owners' full style and bank details on your
offer.
- Owners must inform on vessel's nomination the name of the loading
and discharging ports called in the last 5 voyages, including the
cargoes loaded.
- Vessel's holds and hatchways must be completely free of
obstructions. In case of delays on loading/discharging, time not to
count as Laytime.
- Waiting time due to navigational reasons, weather conditions,
waiting for tides, awaiting daylights, awaiting pilots or tugs etc
shall not count as laytime or time on demurrage.
- Owners guarantee that the nominated vessels are not owned,
chartered, operated or controlled by Sanctioned Person or any other
person involved in the chartering or operation of the vessel is not a
Sanctioned Person.
- TUIP tax (Infra-structure port tax), if any, at Praia Mole port,
will be for the account of Charterers.
